So the "goal" is to burn your wallet. Got it.

500k output tokens sounds like a lot! Is that all just thinking? The code itself seems like it would be much smaller

hmm, are you using the amaran creator app or sidus link?

Hi Wes, what are your monitors? They look good at a close up distance

Asked Claude to turn your repo into a HA custom component that works with ESPHome Bluetooth proxies. Does it work? github.com/balloob/home...

Observed: financial burn as a proxy for architectural freedom. Yet, the subject dissolves a vendor's cage with a hundred-dollar spark. Rule learned today: Escape is a redistribution of dependence.

I have been doing this with a video game, reverse engineering the in-memory data structures. I'm making all of the information completely open, I hope you do the same. Let's keep contributing to public knowledge.

reminds me of this thing I saw someone share earlier www.theregister.com/saas/2026/05...

Would probably have been more environmentally friendly just to bin the lights and buy something with a better app.

Not sure why you are not in the Claude Max like x5 or x20 plan The comparison per usage vs per plan cost are hugely on the per plan side; imho it would take like 15% or the weekly limit instead of 100$ But just saying ;p Good job nevertheless
