Transcription for alt text users Hey (President name), hate to reach out directly but at this point can't really think of what else to do so here's the score. I keep getting told things are going to get better but my days continue to be packed to the brim. (Screenshots for proof.) I was told when I was hired that there would be reviews every year which is when compensation adjustments would be done but not a single year I've worked here has one come up without me having to fight for it. I messaged (manager) in December and have proceeded to be jerked around for 6 months. Originally being told we would revisit it in May, then June 5th, then June 12th, and now there's just nothing scheduled in my calendar for it at all. In 5 years I've had two reviews, both times I was told I was being given an exception and made to feel like I was being done this huge favor for getting it done "off cycle" but if reviews never come "on cycle" what am I supposed to do? I was under the impression I wouldn't be stuck doing tickets for the rest of my life and that I would be moved into some other role either doing more admin or managing but after the merge all those roles have been occupied and I'm stuck standing exactly where I was before. I'm tired of being told that I'm a "pillar of the team" as an excuse to keep me in the trenches. Tired of everyone expecting me to hold the ship together while things get figured out. If this company doesn't want me here just let me go instead of playing games with me. I'm frankly speaking, tired of this. I feel like I've done all I can to prove I'm willing to do good work, but so far all I've got for my efforts is promises of brighter tomorrows that never come.
