Person 2: "Nope. In all the articles I have read where some trump voter is getting screwed, not one has regretted their vote for trump. I think maga provides a sense of identity, a sense of community and belonging, a sense of purpose. My wife works with the homeless / addict community where we live. Fear of being outside the tribe outweighs doing what is best for yourself. I think the in case of gop, someone who leaves the gop needs a place to go to — one that they can see themselves going to and one that will provide the same sense of community and identity as where they are. They need to have confidence that if they leave their current tribe they will be welcomed in a new one. We are not providing that at all. And so no one is leaving the gop."

The application is granted in part and denied in part, subject to the direction of this order. The District Court should clarify its directive, with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs. For its part, the Government should be prepared to share what it can con- cerning the steps it has taken and the prospect of further steps. The order heretofore entered by T HE CHIEF J USTICE is vacated.
