Councilwoman Emily Benedict was able to allow homes next to the elementary school for up to 10 new families (7 built in just 4 years) without opposition. Nashville neighbors and council members should advocate for more housing to be allowed so more families can live in our welcoming city.

The man is just happy to preserve the housing status quo and watch his district further gentrify because he thinks that not rocking the boat is his best route to future political success.
