It was so good to be up at 梓書房 / paperbooks in Taichung yesterday to attend this event with writers Naomi Sím and Kiú-kiong, talking about their writing, our @windandbones.com book, Tâigael: Stories from Taiwanese and Gaelic, and the challenges of translating between minoritised languages.

It was a fun workout for my Taiwanese, and then after the event, we all went for shaved ice, and shared spooky stories. Anyway, you should read Naomi and Kiú-kiong's work, and our Scottish writers, Elissa Hunter-Dorans and Lisa MacDonald. They're all great. books.windandbones.com/product/taig...
