Hochstein says Lebanese “have not yet internalized Hezbollah’s weakness.” Argues that we will see signs of ceasefire’s success in weeks ahead with Israel’s gradual withdrawal, LAF moving into the south, and international mechanism operating. “All signs” indicate ceasefire can succeed.
