Happy 39th Birthday, Windows 1! 🥳 After years of setbacks & delays, it was released on 20th November 1985. Advertised as a graphical “operating environment” for Microsoft’s MS-DOS operating system, it was the longest-supported Windows, with support ending 31st December 2001. 👀
