I tried applying for emergency rental assistance from the state, but they’re directly funded by the treasury and Trump has yet to release the hold on federal funds, despite a judge’s demand to do so. We just got a notice from our property management company that we need to pay the full past-due amount (of $2500) by 02/20/2025 or they will start eviction proceedings. I’m quickly running out of options.
