This morning, the WMATA Board welcomed a new alternate Board Member! Michael Sargent was sworn in as a federal appointee. Today was also the first meeting led by newly elected Board Chair Joe McAndrew. We appreciate his service, leadership, and commitment to advancing transit throughout the region.
