walking mirage @wolf.observer · May 30 scored this Marzocchi Bomber Z.3 Long Travel at the used bike parts shop for $40 which i think might have been a really good deal. it's 100mm travel (vs original ~80mm) so it won't affect the geometry too much. unlike the original fork, it can be filled with oil so it has damping. Fuck Elastomers

while I liked the idea of keeping the bike yellow and grey, this thing is better in every way. it was pretty good in its time, and the Manitou Magnum was not, let alone now when all the rubber cylinders inside it have turned into goop
