Nope, they're applying non-overlapping taxes; as in they physically CANNOT OVERLAP because Baltimore the city is NOT part of Baltimore County.

Obviously, this restaurant is placed exactly on the line with half of the building in the city and half in the county. I mean, it's just the most logical solution. /s
