It's a good start, but doesn't really address trans KIDS tho (e.g. Newsom claims to support trans rights but would ban 'kids' from transitioning up to age 26 (!!) and playing sports with their friends if he could. Since that's the hot-button issue atm, I'd like to see more specific language.
