The impressive Helmcken Falls in Wells Grey Provincial Park flows off a steep pine tree covered cliff face and into a deep canyon, creating its own cloud mist at the base. At 141 meters, it is Canada’s 4th tallest waterfall and is well worth a visit, even if just to listen to its roaring waters echoing off the canyon walls.

A 60 foot waterfall in Montana churns through the gap in a rocky mountainside, crashing into a large pool of the green-brown waters of late spring runoff.
