Text: As an advocate of affordable housing, I’ve often heard those opposing such developments tell city councils that they are not against affordable housing in principle, they just don’t want it ‘here’. Well, if we take all the ‘here’s’ that I’ve heard are not appropriate spots for affordable housing, they add up to just about everywhere. And that gets us nowhere.
