Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs ground Italian sausage (your call on how meaty you want your soup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 shallot, chopped (if it’s a small shallot, go ahead and throw the whole thing in)
- 1 small/medium green cabbage, diced
- 1 package potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1.5 cup V8/vegetable juice
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- A dash of white pepper
- A dash of smoked jalapeño

Incredible unique torture chamber experience where I’m trapped in a lane during an incredibly loud rush with a headache where everyone is LOUD yapping and
- customer walks up with huge cart and
- the song that starts playing overhead is the song from my parents wedding that my mom played for my dad while they disconnected life support
- MOD is not up here so I can’t ask them to change the music and we are too busy for me to leave
- customer with big cart recognizes someone and gets in a conversation with them so I finalize the sale since she ran her card. Then she stops her conversation and goes “did you get these coupons?”
