Blast Corps is, not a good game. It's incredibly rough, unreasonably clunky, logic doesn't work and a lot of elements just function arbitrarily. But damn, do I have a fun time playing this game. Emblematic of, "once you get comfortable with the controls", it feels so good to plow through buildings

The game also has really fun post-game speedrunning that makes you really learn each stage and vehicle. When I hung out on speeddemosarchive ~15 years ago, I ran the game. Though I never was good (iirc a 100% I did was 4 hours), I did have the Worst WR for years www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBQp...
