A dark-furred dragon-wolf stands in the doorway between two worlds. The world the door sits in is verdant, peaceful; dawn breaks over a field of flowers with a futuristic city and wind turbines in the distance, and moons, rings, and stars decorate the sky. The world behind the door is barren and strewn with ruins, as dusk falls with a ringed planet looming on the horizon. The creature carries only a traveler's bag slung other their shoulder, decorated with a few personal patches. With one foot already through the doorway, they take one last contented look back at the world they're leaving behind. Even as one journey ends, they move onward, inexorably drawn to the next.
