NYT Gazpacho 2 lbs tomatoes 1 green pepper pepper not hot 1/2 onion Garlic clove 1/2 cucumber 1 crusty stale bread 2 lbs Watermelon (pic says equal parts watermelon and tomato, maybe use more tomato) Add above into blender Blend. Then add 2 tsp sherry vinegar & salt Drizzle in 1/2 C olive oil Stir Chill (overnight) Strain (you won’t regret it) Serve!
