A lot of minority communities also find it hard to get diagnosed not only to stigma but also to price of entry. Thanks for yapping about this.

Ultimately the label doesn't change what you are dealing with symptomatically or what you need to help with it. In the end you claiming to have it or not ultimately probably won't impact anyone unless you claim to be an authority on it and start spreading misinformation and trying to gatekeep.

As a black woman on the spectrum of autism myself, I also understand why some people might self-diagnose, but we know there are people who would self-diagnose & use that in bad faith. The truth is this entire system should be made easier to get a diagnosis. Also Phenomenally Autistic, she's good

relateble tbh. I've have people tell me I have autism and/or ADHD for like 8 years TToTT I've been thinking about diagnosiis stuff but it's complicated when you're already diagnosed/medicated for something that can have overlapping symptomes
