I'll be finishing A Fate Inked in Blood and not sure what else. We have my adult step son visiting this weekend, we don't get to spend a lot of time with him so I'm hoping to be busy having other kinds of fun.

Stumbled across this while browsing. A fantasy book about gods, fae, and monsters. Currently reading book 7 in Simon Scarrow’s Eagles series so will read Pearson’s book once I get caught up with the Scarrow series. It looks like it’s going to be a really good read.
The Diaries of Sir Henry 'Chips' Channon. The unexpurgated ones. I've been reading the three volumes since spring, on and off and he now feels like a deliciously bitchy, very privileged friend.

For various reasons, I'm not blogging at the moment. I hadn't realised how free it would make me. I didn't use to accept many review copies, I generally didn't do blog tours, yet the blog was always in the back of my mind. Now I have complete book freedom, it's been a joy.

Sounds good. I recently read No One Saw A Thing by the same author. Just looked up the one you're reading and I may have to download it to my kindle.
I read “Tress of the Emerald Sea” a while ago and I’m still trying to find something magical and cozy like that book. Someone recommended this book, so we’ll see. Fingers crossed.
