For my first foray into custom stickers, my experience with @effses.bsky.social as the artist and @bearandbeagle.store as the place to print turned out wonderful. Friends recommended them to me, and I'd recommend onward.

Wow they look so good as stickers!
By the way, there's a sneaky QR code on the back of the normal stickers. I didn't show the QR code here because I want to save that for folks who scan it :3 (Spoiler: it gives credit to the artist, the print store, and points to my website too)
