Feeling the thick tension in the air, Zach attempts to lighten the mood. He hurriedly reassures him, “Oh, yeah, sure, th-that’s okay! Um, if you ever want to talk about it, I’ll be there for you!” Without moving, Owen states, “Please, don’t say that, Zach." Zach looks up puzzled. With his eyes wide, he asks Owen, concerned, “Huh? Why not?” Owen turns to stare at Zach. There is no emotion in his voice, yet he gives Zach his typical deadpan smile. “Because I will never be there for you.”

A strand of hair always goes down the middle of his face between his eyes. Owen has gentle eyes with a yellow hue and dark round pupils. He always wears a white bracelet on his right hand with a black and white ring on his middle finger. Owen is wearing a standard bulwark doctor uniform. It consists of a white coat on top of a black dress shirt and slacks, black shoes with gold soles, a bulwark belt, and a striped green tie. Despite his age, he has the body and face of a young man. Owen is an extremely stoic, and monotone man. He is always wearing the same expression no matter the situation. Whether it be informing someone of their fatal condition or receiving a birthday gift, Owen continues to have an eerie but soft smile on his face. He does have expression movements and speaks in a very slow, quiet, dull manner. His description says “Owen is one of the in-house doctors working at the bulwarks office. He has a strange, off-putting demeanor that ostracizes him from his co-workers. He is mostly seen alone in his office or at the community greenhouse caring for plants.”

Her uniform consists of a white button-up shirt, the bulwarks jacket with pink as her accent color, leggings under her shorts, the bulwarks belt, and sneakers with gold soles and laces. She wears special gloves as part of her uniform that only covers the back of her hand. Outside of her uniform, she always wears a black bracelet and a black ring on her right hand. The reference comes with 3 headshots that show her range of emotions. Her description says "Yuwa is a bulwark that recently transferred from the frontlines to the city. She's a prodigy in magic and the strongest bulwark in the office. Her goal is to eventually get promoted to work at the capital."

The description reads as so: "A bulwark that was removed from the frontlines due to a tragic accident that left them with a partial disability. Mai is regarded as a failure of a bulwark that should've died along with the rest of their teammates. Currently, Mai resides in the city, waiting for an opportunity to redeem themself."
