Game: Mario vs Donkey Kong Mini-Land Mayhem is correct

The ranking after a race in Mario Kart World, Rosalina (me) is in third place having just reached 9023 points. Baby Mario and Swoop are in 1st and 2nd respectively, not that it matters, I suppose.

Yoshi, barely ahead in front of the finish line inches towards Rosalina to block her from reaching the finish line first but merely touches the side of Rosalina. Both cross the finish line, mere pixels apart from one another before the text "1st" appears as Rosalina won.

The "Map" tab of STROOP is used, the same list of objects is visible at the bottom. The top now includes a map (that looks similar to how pannenkoek displays maps in his videos) with a whole lot of options on the left to change whats displayed on the map, including Mario, enemies, the camera and various more technical things.
