He also has an indigo blanket sorta haphazardly on him. Rain is leaning onto the arm of the couch they both occupy with a TV remote in her left hand while her right rests on top of William's head. William's right arm also rest across Rain's legs, with his hand tangled in her tail. Finally, of note: The scene is lit by a light blue glow from a TV offscreen, but there is also a wee bit of light from Wlliam's eyes.

Anyways the image shown is a fanart of Toontown: Corporate Clash, featuring character such as Detective Lima, Stenographer (Courtney Case), Litigator (Mundie Mudsnapper), and Elvis Purrsley. The setting itself mostly made of elements from the CLO's office featuring two large windows with an almost golden braided border around the windows, dark wood paneling on the walls, and golden braided crown molding to separate wall and ceiling, but some elements such as the bars on the two large windows and the basic tiled ceiling are from the CJ's courtroom. In the fore ground we have Lima crouched under a desk (a desk in similar style to atticus') While Courtney Case peers over the desk ready to jump his ass. Whatever movement/sound Lima made to alert her also alerted Mundie Mudsnapper, despite being in the background, his head is snapped towards poor lil Lima. Also in the background but towards the ceiling, we see Elvis fleeing the scene through a panel in the ceiling.
