Who could that be?...
Giantess Captain Shinobu Nagumo from Patlabor on Television by an unknown source/artist. No clue why Noa is in Unit 2 and not Ota, but perhaps the artist didn't want Alphonse to get busted up for this. Understandable honestly. I would also appreciate any help in finding the original source and/or artist for this. I found it years ago and haven't been able to find it since. Reverse image searches have been no help either. Anyone have any ideas #SizeSky?
Just going to say it now. The TV Universe/Timeline's brown haired Shinobu is superior. Movie/OVA Shinobu is still really good though.
