I... I'm not even sure where to start with this. Ok. There's a car - if you zoomed in and read the badge there'd be absolutely zero surprise about the make - that's been parked mostly on the pavement. The front offside is on double yellow lines and it's next to a mini roundabout. It has its lights on, but the driver isn't in it. I know this because we saw the monumental fuckspangled pissdongle get out. Cunt.

Now you may think it's a) manoeuvring or b) broken down or c) some other rational explanation. But no. Oh no. The driver is in it, just waiting there. It's parked like that.
