Whoowee it took a while, and wow do I hate GitHub Actions, but I completed my hacky-ass pipeline based off of GH Webhooks (so no code has to change) to build, package, and publish any plugins I work on. It runs every branch (and push to them), giving each branch its own repo, for breezy user-testing
