The dessert was a Double Decker Cheesecake. The top was Blackcurrant Curd swirl and white chocolate, lower layer was Lemon Curd swirl with white chocolate. Base of Digestive. It's getting harder every year to think of something. It has to be good too -- pretty is secondary.
