The camera moves around another man sitting in the middle of the room. After he speaks, he turns to the defendant. The camera then shows the judge as he speaks, the woman sitting next to him. This is followed by the defence lawyer with the jury in the background, all listening. Some members are revolted. At the end, the man in the middle is shown again, answering the judge's question. The German dialogue is subtitled as, "My client doesn't wish to make a statement." "In addition to the defendant's DNA, we only found minor traces of one other person on the victim's clothing. After this, the USSR is shown, with a fist-shaking bear in a ushanka with a red star, and bombs with stars on them, also eventually aiming upwards. Finally, crossing the Atlantic filled with submarines of both sides, the map zooms in on Central America: Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. The eagle flies there, the bear swims, before they start fighting. A parrot sleeps under palm in northern South America. Witnessing the fight, it just shrugs. The video then dissolves back into live-action. A man is flying a small plane over first the Guatemalan and then the Honduran jungle, taking pictures and being shot at from the ground while doing so. Some pictures are shown as black-and-white stills, and at the end, as negatives.

In the midst of it all, a man with grey hair (Frank Drebin) is looking at some pages with escape plans, before putting one of them in his mouth to eat it. A guard is falling over a table, scattering the papers that he carried all over the floor. Frank is gathering them. Another detailed fight scene shows a prisoner jumping a fighting guard from behind and twisting his head until it comes off, before throwing it away and walking off-camera.

Eventually, Ollie makes his way out and beckons impatiently to Stan, who is still lost. Ollie then apologizes to an officer, before they both walk off.
