This is highlighting compaction but a) how does it show Fable and b) how are you using Fable without using Claude Code

I'm not familiar with how compacting is down in other agents so far. Does compacting basically mean "summarising the previous conversation"? If so, can I expand the "summary" like I can the chain of thought of the agent? would be neat if the compacted conversation could be amended if it is wrong.
