A magic the gathering card from the marvel super heroes set named Restorative Technique, costing 2G. It's a common sorcery that gains a player 2 life, tacks on a rampant growth, and puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature.
A Green common custom magic card called influential bear, a 2/2 bear costing 2G with the following rules text: This creature gets +2/+2 if your influence is 3 or greater. (Your influence is equal to the number of influence counters you have plus the number of permanents you control with counters on them.)
Contest of Concentration, an uncommon custom magic card. It's a Battle - Contest costing U and having a defense of 6, and has the following rules text: (Whenever an opponent deals combat damage to a contest, they gain control of it.) At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have three or fewer cards in hand, sacrifice this battle. If you do, draw two cards and gain an influence counter.
Ikijikik, Mirror Maker, a custom legendary creature - Mythic Rare, 2UU, 2/2, and a shapeshifter noble, unlike certain goblins I know. It has the following rules text: If a creature would enter as a copy of Ikijikik, Mirror Maker, instead search your library for a creature card and exile it, and the creature enters as a copy of the exiled creature instead. 1U: You may cast a creature card exiled with Ikijikik from exile this turn.
A custom magic card called Arcane Syphon, a rare artifact costing 1BR with the following rules text: Whenever an opponent casts a spell, put a charge counter on this artifact. At the beginning of your first main phase, remove all charge counters from this artifact and lose that much life. For each counter removed this way, you may choose one— • Draw a card. • Add BR. • Target creature gains double strike and lifelink until end of turn.
Clumsy impersonator, a custom MTG card. It's a blue rare 1/1 shapeshifter with the following rules text: When this creature enters the battlefield, target player mills two cards. You may have this creature become a copy of a creature milled this way.

Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper, a MtG card from Coldsnap. "Sliver Queen," a magic card from the set Stronghold, the very first (and best) WUBRG creature, and a card that should run no more than $5 but is currently $250 because of the reserve list. Lore-wise she and a Silver Golem named Karn (you may have heard of him) had a bonding moment.
"Goblin War Buggy," a Magic the Gathering Card from Urza's Saga, arguably the only card worth mentioning from an otherwise forgettable set.

Selesnya Guildmage, a card from Ravnica: City of Guilds (though this particular printing is Ravnica: Clue Edition which was released like 19 years later. ...I should not be contemplating spans of time of relevant magic card printings that can be expressed in decades.
