Dear MNUFC Leadership, We are writing for a second time to express our deep frustration and disappointment with the club, after a second community member has been shot to death by federal agents. The present federal occupation of our state continues to terrorize and endanger communities. MNUFC's lack of public response is unacceptable, especially given the club's ostensible commitment to community and inclusion. We are aware that Shari Ballard recently signed on to a letter with other CEOs. This letter is nowhere near good enough. It does not honor and name the victims of violence, Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Nor does it identify the perpetrators of violence, ICE and CBP. Furthermore, even this inadequate response has not been posted on the club's website or social media accounts. This is, frankly, disgusting. We are season ticket holders. We have our usual spot in the Wonderwall, and there is a Latine family who stands one or two rows in front of us, and just across the stairs, every game. I think about them during this time. I can't imagine they feel safe or supported by the club. We are seriously considering not attending games, and cancelling our season tickets starting next year. We are desperate for courageous leadership during these times. MNUFC has not provided any. We are begging you to acknowledge your failure here and to do better. Sincerely,

Dear President Cunningham, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration at the University's response to the current federal occupation of Minnesota. We have witnessed repeated acts of violent lawlessness at the hands of ICE and CBP, in addition to structural threats such as politically motivated investigations and cancelled funding. Countless citizens are bravely standing up in the face of depraved injustice. Neighbors are meeting, planning, and organizing to meet the needs of vulnerable populations here. Parents of school children are standing guard *to protect children from abduction*. Meanwhile, I have not seen a single email from the Office of the President meaningfully address the present situation. For example, the most recent email simply gestures to the "weight we are carrying", without specifically mentioning what that refers to - that ICE has shot and killed a member of our community. That citizens are being violently detained. That legal status is being ignored. That our vulnerable neighbors are being deported without due process.
