Excerpt from digitechbytes.com: "Anthropic has publicly confirmed that its recent customer experience issues, including frequent rate limits and outages, were caused by a lack of sufficient compute capacity. The company announced a major agreement with SpaceX to access over 300 megawatts of compute at the Colossus 1 data center, effectively addressing the long-standing infrastructure shortfall that has impacted its services since July 2025."
