Saw some mullets jumping around near shore tonight. Super weird, never saw it before! I wondered if there was some leopard sharks below scaring them up? FIrst time capturing a decent Fish Above Water since this tuna 30 miles offshore. 馃

Since we can post extended video, here's one of the most unique moments Ive captured: It takes days for elephant seal mothers to bond with their pups, but up to TWO WEEKS for a pup bond with their mother - here you can see a young pup LOSE their mother. It takes SIX minutes to reconnect! 馃Ν #SealSky

This is one of those that's so close to being perfect but when the boats moving, you're sitting on the side, and you're dangling your camera over the ocean, keeping an eye on both the water and your camera, sometimes you just miss Most of the time But sometimes you come close and still miss! 馃 馃惉

I'll edit several video clips of this cute weirdo later, but here's an adorable little baby rissos dolphin There are approx 13,000 rissos dolphins on the west coast, and based off my own encounters, I imagine there are about 1 in 120 babies, right now there may be as few as 110 swimming around! 馃 馃惉

First time capturing a shark in the wild from underwater. More, better, bigger, to come! Several years ago I bought a cheap underwater housing to use off the side of boats. It already has a pinhole leak in it, but I can still fit the lens in the water. I snagged this today 馃(1/2)

Possibly historic sighting of a pod of cuvier's beaked whales in Monterey Bay today, not only is it rare to find these but finding that many in this region may never have happened before. These whales dive longer and deeper than sperm whales, up to nearly 10,000 ft deep for over 3 hours!! 馃
