Seth Pasta made for dinner tonight. It's a little bit of a whole wheat pasta so about 1/3 whole wheat flour and 2/3 bread flour. It goes really nicely with the Bolognese sauce I am whipping up.

Bolognese sauce done. I forgot to get a picture until everyone had their dinner of the pasta and the sauce together but it was yummy. The sauce cooked for five hours so it got nice and rich. Nothing like having the house smell like sauce all day.

ᗡʏꙅ⅃ɘXiA ƆiЯƎ 🎸 Made butternut squash sauce for Halloween shaped pasta from Aldi. I sort of used an old Barilla box sauc e recipe, but changed it up a bit. Bacon, onions, squash, chicken broth, spices, & a dash if heavy cream. Good fall meal (or side dish) & Halloween colors.

We had charcuterie at Higgins for our anniversary dinner. Also risotto and ragu respectively Our child was with us and he ate 90% of our bread basket. He nibbled on buttered noodles and broccoli, and finished off with strawberry basil and blueberry pistachio ice creams. happy 16 years to us.
