Trump has been screaming “Rigged!” since 2016 because our intelligence agencies all knew that Putin helped him. In 2018 the world watched Putin walk a submissive Trump onstage in Helsinki; Putin then had Trump say that his CIA, FBI, etc were ALL LYING about Putin’s interference.
