If even Uncle Bob is skipping review, that's less him being reckless and more a canary for everyone else. Review time is already up 400%+ this year as agents ship more. Nobody's actually solved review at agent speed yet.
it sounds like he was saying he stopped reviewing code... any code and only goes by metrics.
