This is also the reason Trump can go to prison for his New York convictions and the country won't fall into a political crisis. A succession plan is in place. But Pres. Vance = chills.

@bmeiselas.bsky.social what is your problem? Why do you and the Meidas out of Touch Network insist on downgrading this? You are GASLIGHTING your supporters. Stop! You’re acting just like maga and the misinformation media. #14thNOW

If they “won” by corrupt means, both the presumed prez & vp elect are disqualified! The other team should be declared the winners.

Vance is a much larger threat. www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8FdN4mw/

Could this be the plan all along ??

Now think about how many different interpretations of this could and would be made. It'd be a long time before a consensus was reached, never mind the argument over who was actually qualfied.

“Until he has qualified?” What does that mean?

The President & his ticket have to have enough electoral votes to truly be the president or VP elect. If the Congress contests & rejects the GOP's electoral votes because Trump's name should never have been on a ballot, then he was illegit way before the election. He was disqualified on 1/6/2021.

So, let's iron out some stuff (with questions). Someone (in the House?) has to object to Trump and disqualify him (right?), then Speaker Mike needs to 'allow' that and then Vance becomes President. Vance can then pardon Trump and then we are stuck with President Vance. Who becomes VP?

The 14th Amendment, section 3 automatically disqualified Trump. That is water under the bridge. Congress should not be able to do a "regular certification" of the Electoral College count and if they attempt to try and do that and call it a regular certification, they violate their oath of office.
