There's some collections that manage to not only get away with using the original packaging without modification and in some instances even the games can go unmodified. Usually text like "Licensed by Nintendo of America" is removed but some re-releases keep em despite being multi-platform.

it must be some kinda licensing thing, for multi-console releases (even as far back as megaman legacy collection or disney afternoon) the nintendo copyrights got removed. also for menus listing systems usually they go by a generic designation for what I'm assuming is the same reason. guess it varies

oddly enough there's a cheap licensed Bases Loaded handheld that DOES replace the copyright info with City Connection. the "My Arcade Bases Loaded Pocket Player"
