This is an AM (Amplitude Modulation) radio #antenna with a variable capacitor tuning knob. It requires no power source. You don't attach it to the #radio. You set the radio next to it. Tune in a AM station, and adjust the knob on the antenna. The adjustment of the knob will improve reception.
