We ALL KNEW the decision was going that way when Smith requested a decision back in Dec ‘23 & Roberts et al blew him off. SCOTUS…much like CONGRESS & OF COURSE this Administration is a complete utter DISGRACE. Truly reprehensible but that’s what U get when ur house (ie our Republic) is divided…

I just read an article. There was a precedent set in 1974. Supreme Court ruled the president does NOT have immunity. Just proves to me just how crooked 6 of the SCOTUS are.

"Official acts". That is not approval for unconditionally unconstitutional or unlawful actions. Trump is an idiot and does not understand the difference. However, I expect rapid realisation as the cuffs go on.......
