I like them enough that I keep buying them and have often dreamed about getting a sim setup, but this one I got purely because it had this stupid rumble cart and I've kept it for the same reason.

It's a decently fun game. Held back by opting for passwords over save functionality. It's got decent graphics for a GBC game, the rumble is cool, it's got multiplayer, and it's a fun little racer... If progress wasn't based on passwords, this would probably be much more highly regarded today.
