A €5 gadget, a postcard and two stamps: that was all I needed to uncover the secret location of the Dutch Navy warship Evertsen, currently on a mission in the Mediterranean Sea. You can read my article about it here. www.gld.nl/nieuws/8463135 In Dutch but there is an translate option at the top.

It is important that all personnel keep their phones with geolocation active at all times! How should they otherwise get personalized ads?

Very nice work. And my personal thanks, even though I'm not Navy or even Dutch. But as an European reservist I very greatly prefer that journalists do the pentesting and publicise any holes they find, because the alternative is that the GRU or some other malicious entity does it.
