Hm...Played it so many times... It's going to either be Lungfishopolis or Waterloo World. I remember thinking the latter could be turned into a nifty for-real board game! =)
From the first game? it has to be Gloria鈥檚 Theater.
I鈥檝e never taken a close look at that asylum art, but it really is gorgeous. If memory serves, all that survives in the final game is the asylum itself and Gloria鈥檚 trellis, but I wonder what was planned for all those different arenas around the asylum grounds?

My favorite world has to be the meat circus. I've always liked since it just shows who Oeander and Raz are as people. Though I've always wondered what their mental worlds would look like separated. What I did not enjoy is how many times I almost rage quitted.
Milkman conspiracy was so peak. I laughed and laughed about how bizarre it was. And the map and gameplay was so creative. Also TIL I share a birthday with Psychonaughts!
And it wouldn't be Psychonauts without the wonderful character designs of @scottlava.bsky.social! Look at all these great workups: Early Raz, G-Men, Lungfish, and a Megacensor!
I'll go against the norm and say my favorite was Black Velvetopia. The art direction in that world was gorgeous, and the optional banter between Raz and Ford about whether "ca-caw" is one or two words is one of the funniest "hints" in any game.
Milla鈥檚 Dance Party! It鈥檚 so much fun to hang out in! (for the most part)
