I bought a wakeboard boat out of foreclosure after the 2008 crisis. New today they go for $250k, in 2000 when it was new I think they were going for $50-60k, bought in 2010 for $19k, sold in 2019 for $19k. Had normal maintenance cost plus like a $2k repair. Worth it for the memories with the kids.
