It appears that @southwarkcouncil thinks it’s acceptable to not have “emergency cleaning” available on the weekend - so my entire block has to navigate a stairwell with human faeces for the whole weekend - after telling me it would be cleaned up in 24 hours!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
