Alberta's Ministry of Health has a 466-page Integrated Health System Plan. I assumed it was bad so I FOIP'd for it. The government gave me one page of email and withheld all 466 pages of Plan. But now you know it's out there and people at Recovery Alberta have seen it – do with that what you will.

This one really gives new meaning to “partial access.” Slow clap to Mental Health and Addiction. Interestingly: Did you know the Minister and Deputy Ministers have veto power over freedom of information requests? Ministerial Orders in 2023. I think they must see about every request I submit.
