Oh hey, same.
I have been manually releasing these emails from my job's spam email quarantine, which is of course a Google Workspace business account. Incredible to imagine how many of these are being denied by IT as phishing.

...huh I had *three different* settlements in spam.
All of these from any settlement I've ever been notified of have been sent to spam, yes. Had 3 of them this month alone, including this one.

Have you won a settlement against Google, and Google sent the notification to spam? Call us at David and Main. You could be part of a class action lawsuit with us.

I have been a part of many settlement classes over the past few years and the notifications of "hi, we are lawyers. You are owed money. put your venmo username in this box and we'll send you $50 next September" always always ALWAYS wind up in spam
Welp just checked my spam and I am in fact a part of this class action lawsuit too and my gmail did in fact send it to spam.

same here. p much all emails about class action lawsuits i am apparently a part of wind up in spam though, not just ones involving google
UPDATE: In addition to silently eating incoming emails I am beginning to suspect Gmail is silently eating outgoing emails
