The problem with the McConnell "proof of life" photo is the contrast. This isn't AI. AI would have done a better job. This is straight up Photoshop or some other photo editing tool. Mitch's face has high contrast, as if it were taken outside in the bright sun. His wife is flat, taken in low light.
