Evan @evanpl.us · Jun 12 I am super curious to know how they covertly deployed whatever this is so precisely! Someone must have stood in the center of each circle and spread or sprayed something around themselves. Using google maps I estimate the numerals are each 100'x140'- that's massive!

They probably could've used the vertical mower pattern to line up vertically but the rows are close to dead on as well. Maybe sidewalk panels? The circles don't really overlap that much so whatever they were spreading with must've been pretty accurate as well.
